How to Start losing Weight

How many people look in the mirror before getting into the shower,and dont like what they see,I myself have done that.So we say to ourselves I must lose some pounds.I have found that lack of exercise can cause alot of the problem,so find a friend who also want to lose weight,and work out a walking schedule,its so much easier to walk with someone else,you can talk about your day and before you know it you have been walking for 30 mins.Dont try to do too much at first,try 30 mins the first week and build up from there.Of course what you eat has to be looked at,its a fact that in this fast paced world,more people have take-always,and the trouble with those you just dont know whats in them.get into the habit of planning your meals for the week,shop from this list of meals and you will save money by not impulse shopping.for a busy family Crock-Pot meals are great,you can prepare them the evening before,turn them on in the morning and bingo you walk into your house after work and a wonderful smell greets you plus of course a wonder hot meal.Cooking a roast in the crock pot is awesome,you just put your choice of roast in an oven bag put it in the crock pot with a little water and believe me you wont believe how tender it is.plus no sticky roast pan to scrub.Try some of these tips and let me know how you do,and add your own tips.Thanks for reading
